REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 10 or more years Project/Program Management AND Organizational Change Management experience
  • Deep understanding of OCM methodology and best practices
  • Ability to manage all phases of the project life cycle
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and people at a time
  • Ability to manage projects with a $500k to $1M annual budget
  • Manage stakeholders expectations
  • Proven experience with Process Improvement resulting in significant cost savings
  • Extensive experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques​
  • Solid understanding of key business and financial metrics
  • Understanding of (KPI's) Key Performance Indicators (terms, uses, types, how they are leveraged, examples)
  • Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Proven experience with OCM (Organizational Change Management) principles


DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • PMP certified
  • Prior consulting experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand, develop, and prioritize a list of potential areas for waste elimination
  • Work independently, or as part of a team, to create and/or assist with the design and development of a prioritized, future-state, multi-year roadmap for implementation; includes a business case and ROI
  • Develop organizational design recommendations
  • Implement OCM principles
  • Present and refine recommendations with executive leadership and stakeholders
