REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 10 or more years Project/Program Management AND Organizational Change Management experience
- Deep understanding of OCM methodology and best practices
- Ability to manage all phases of the project life cycle
- Capable of managing multiple projects and people at a time
- Ability to manage projects with a $500k to $1M annual budget
- Manage stakeholders expectations
- Proven experience with Process Improvement resulting in significant cost savings
- Extensive experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
- Solid understanding of key business and financial metrics
- Understanding of (KPI's) Key Performance Indicators (terms, uses, types, how they are leveraged, examples)
- Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Proven experience with OCM (Organizational Change Management) principles
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- PMP certified
- Prior consulting experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand, develop, and prioritize a list of potential areas for waste elimination
- Work independently, or as part of a team, to create and/or assist with the design and development of a prioritized, future-state, multi-year roadmap for implementation; includes a business case and ROI
- Develop organizational design recommendations
- Implement OCM principles
- Present and refine recommendations with executive leadership and stakeholders
